Some people have asked to see pictures of the cheese we made over the weekend. Ask and ye shall receive. Here, for your viewing pleasure, are the two half-eaten balls of cheese. They're a little grainier than my usual photos; I'm experimenting with the camera on my iPod. As you may or may not be able to tell, the cheese is rather lumpier than you'd expect from mozzarella. I didn't knead it nearly well enough or long enough, so it's got more the texture of farmer cheese. But it still tastes good, especially on pepper crackers.
