Let The Steam Die Down

I had to skip the Warm Winter Fasola Camp, but all the cooking for the Anniversary Singing tomorrow is done. I am bringing:

- Quinoa salad
- Payasam, which is an Indian rice pudding with cardamom, cashews, and golden raisins
- A dish of Swiss chard, egg noodles, and herbs, chosen because I had a pound of Swiss chard that needed to be used up.

Now to rest for a little while, and then perhaps I shall go contra dancing tonight!
