Like General MacArthur. . .

I have returned. I'm safely back in lovely Grad School Town, having seen ALL my family and done amazing and wonderful things. I shall give a full report at a later date, but here are some teasers:

"Sharks don't bite Pony. . . Pony bites the sharks!"

"All Sets are good. Percoset, Darvoset. . ."

Feeling No Pain (tm).

Pony's first Wal-Mart.

The Silver Standard of Tacky.

Narcotics?
Sharks?

Wait while I go make some popcorn and settle in for this story....

Glad you're back, can't wait to hear how it went and see some pics, if you have any that can be shared. :D

I'll probably write up the full account tomorrow, because I'm just too tired tonight. No pictures, though. I'm not a real camera addict -- that's Mom Pony -- and I'd much rather do things than take pictures of them.

Welcome back! I hope it was a good wedding.

You want to watch out for those sharks. They'll be gunning for you now. They don't like being bitten.

It was a weird wedding. But the sharks behaved very nicely.

LOL! This sounds promising! Did the shark survive?

Well, actually, there are types of sharks that do not bite... I only hope no one mistook one of those for an actual "jaws!"

Welcome back and with an amusing tale, it seems!!We are waiting!

And I´m Soooo with you concerning photogrpaphs! I rather do and remeber things that take pictures! It cost me many problmes with family and friends... and some years ago I decided to take some pics for the audicence...

And who wants the bother of schlepping a camera along and then having to look after it and make sure it's not lost or stolen?

Yay, you're back!

And it sounds like an interesting tale :-) I'm just going to settle in here with Nilmandra and see if she'll share her popcorn...

A combined Pony family wedding and adventure vacation -- we're lucky the world survived.

Welcome home! I've with Nilmandra. I've got my popcorn, and I'm ready to read this adventure. I hope you had a nice time, enjoyed family and friends, and got a little rest before hitting the books again.

I did get some rest, which was sorely needed. I felt that I deserved to sleep in a little after the semester I just had.

I have to say the shark doesn't intrigue me nearly so much as the first Wal-Mart. That's truly bizarre.

It's mainly that I've never lived near enough to a Wal-Mart to experience it. Wal-Mart is designed to be a store that you drive to, and I don't have a car.

Welcome back!

Pony's first Wal-Mart? Lucky, lucky Pony--and I don't mean for getting to see a Wal-Mart but for having been spared this long.

Just an accident of living without a car, I guess.
