Hooray!

Holy cow. Senator Frothy Mix, the House, Montana. . . and now Rumsfeld is gone, too! Chanukah, Christmas, Kwanzaa, and assorted Solstice holidays have all come early this year.

I must remember to bring sufficient copies of "Rumsfeld: The Tune" to singing tomorrow night. . .

When even the Army Times comes out and says it's time for Rumsfeld to go, that's a clue.

A clue not even Shrub could miss.

Senator Frothy Mix?

Although I warn that the answer might not make any more sense.

I think I've got the rest!

Senator Frothy Mix?

Now ex-Senator Rick Santorum of Pennsylvania. Very conservative, virulently homophobic. If you can stand a little scatological humor, go home, type "santorum" into Google, and hit "I'm Feeling Lucky." What will come up is entertaining, educational, and so very, very NSFW.

for this message, you hereby get first dibs on my copy of _Savage Love: Straight Answers from America's Most Popular Sex Columnist_ as soon as I'm done reading it. Want it? I'm halfway through.

And it looks like George "Macaca" Allen is basically through in Virginia this morning. The final score in the Senate is 49-49-2, with the 2 having indicated that they will caucus with the Dems. A good showing all around.

Sure, I'd love to borrow Savage's book. Don't rush, though, as the end of the quarter is fast approaching, with all the attendant massive readings and paper-writings.

I am so grateful for "Rumsfeld" the tune now that the secretary of defense has departed this administration. A forever reminder of the last six nightmarish years.

Tell me about it. One of my friends, who isn't even all that interested in Sacred Harp, said it was the perfect eulogy for the man.

Hehehe! It was quite a week, wasn't. And in Florida, we got rid of little brother Bush. Of course his term limit was up and we just got a clone of him that will probably be worse in the long run but at least I no longer have two Bushes in my governmental system now...

And, more importantly, Jeb can't orchestrate another election theft. Sometimes, there is a God.
